- What music decade do you prefer?
It’s kind of difficult for me to answer this question. I don’t use to categorize music according to the decade it comes from. I guess, for me, there are only two types of songs: the one I like and the one I don’t. When it comes to music, the state of mind is very important. So you may be surprised to find out that I can switch easily from Diplo to Leonard Cohen or from Missy Elliott to Coldplay.
- Do you ever find yourself listening to ‘50s, ‘60s or ‘70s music?
Yes, of course. I must confess that today I had a special playlist on YouTube – a combination of The Beach Boys, The Monkees, The Ronettes, Etta James and Johnny Cas
- Can you please name the first band from these decades that pops into your mind right now?
Definitely Johnny Cash. I have discovered his music when I was just a child, I was enchanted by his deep bass-baritone voice and he has a special place on my list.
- Do you have a favorite oldies song? Why this one?
The Beatles – Twist and Shout. It reminds me the prom night – the best dances in my entire life. Oh, the good life and the youth.
